Applicants have the option of submitting the Pre-proposal via email or U.S. mail.

Pre-proposal submissions through email must be submitted no later than the 11:59pm on
February 9, 2009 to be considered. Upon successful submission, you will receive an email from ShadowBlossom, Inc. confirming receipt. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us to ensure that your application and proposal has been
received. The pre-proposal may be submitted to the Executive Director at xberry@shadowblossom.org

Pre-proposals submitted via U.S. mail must be postmarked no later than the February 9, 2009 to be considered. It is recommended that proposals be sent via Certified
U.S. Mail. Three copies of the pre-proposal must be submitted. Upon receipt of your pre-proposal, you will receive an email from ShadowBlossom confirming receipt. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of confirmed delivery, please contact us to ensure that your pre-proposal has been received.
